Policy

New merchandise

Item must be returned within 15 days from purchase, be unused and with all original packing material. If you are shipping an item back to us, shipping must be pre-paid. Shipping is non-refundable. If the above is done, per your request, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Used merchandise

Items sold as used are sold as is. Please inspect all used merchandise before you purchase. If an inspection is not possible (purchasing over the phone and having it shipped), and there is a problem, immediately upon arrival contact us by PHONE. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Shipping within
the United
States

To minimize shipping costs, we normally ship most parts by UPS unless weight or size prohibits doing so. If you have a preferred method of shipping, please indicate that to us when you request the part.

International
Shipping

We can ship any part to an international destination provided that payment has been made in full for the part and shipping. Please be aware that shipping costs to other countries can unfortunately add up to a substantial amount. For the quickest processing in finding the shipping cost to your International destination, please contact us by email.
